General Questions
Mankind and pet(animal) figurines can both be done with bobble head and stationary head. That's two ways of head connection of our main products. You can choose one option in each product page. But for wine stopper, wine opener and keychain, it can only be made to stationary head.
We have five options for the size: 6"(about 15cm), 7"(about 18cm), 8"(about 20cm), 9"(about 23cm) and 11"(about 28cm). If you need other size, please feel free to contact us.
From the time the order is placed to the time you receive it, the whole process contains crafting time and shipping time. We have different crafting time options from 1 to 10 days. And it takes another 2-6 days for shipping time. During the process, we will send the proofs (mock-ups) for your verification. Delay approval or modifications will need extra time. Our standard crafting time is within 10 days and we have expedited crafting services with extra fee as below if you need to receive it earlier. Our fastest crafting time is 1 day for completion, so you can receive your order fastest in 4-6 days. The ETA is not totally accurate and one or two business days delay is considered as normal situation. In addition, remote area would need extra 1-3 days for remote shipping time. You can contact us or contact DHL/FedEx to check your address if it's remote area or not.

Good quality photos are essential for the likeness of the bobblehead. A good front view photo is a must. You can also send us other photos such as side views and rear view if you have, in order to capture every details of the person.
During the process of making the bobble head, we will send you preview or mock-up photos for your verification. You can suggest adjustments or changes after you have viewed these proofings, just ensures that you will be fully satisfied with the final outcome. However, late reply or too many changes will definitely add additional sculpting time for the whole process.
Normally, for only head custom order, we just send the head proofs for verification and for 100% custom order, we will send head proofs and body proofs together for your confirmation.

Yeah you can checkout directly with the body model you choose without filling in any information. And send us all the photos and details via email after you submit your order.
It depends on the complexity of the clothes. If it's close to the body model you choose, we can change it free of charge. If it's totally different, we still can change it but would charge a small fee.
Normally you can pay your order with Paypal. In addition, you can also pay by credit card which will processing within Paypal operation interface to complete the payment.
Yes, after we ship your bobblehead we will update the state of your order. At the same time, you will receive an email with the details of shipment information - tracking site and tracking number for you to check.
Normally you will get your bobblehead within one week. It depends on the ETA plan you choose for your order. For rush order, you can receive your order in 2-3 days after shipment.
